Try this wonderfully tasty smoothie for the days when breakfast has to happen on the go.

Super green smoothie (makes 2 cups or 500ml)

1 large handful kale, collard greens, spinach or a combination thereof
1 to 2 tbsp unsweetened nut butter
1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened coconut water
1 banana, peeled and thickly sliced
1/4 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well combined and pureed …. and you are ready to go!
